Patti Jones has been practicing yoga for 8 years, and through a lot of soul searching received her yoga teacher training in 2017.  Her passion is for bringing non-traditional, non-Instagram ready yogis into the yoga life through her beginners level Hatha and slow flow classes.  She focuses on the basics of form and safety from the ground up in a warm, welcoming, fun class setting.  Yoga doesn’t always have to be a peaceful, serene experience, sometimes its grunting and groaning and learning to laugh at yourself. A true come-as-you-are, just be your class for all ages, weights, and abilities.
